As part of the Data & Tech team, you will lead the design and development of user-centered experiences for products. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain elevated standards. You will focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and technical proficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of user-centered experiences for products

Work with cross-functional teams to understand user needs

Define design requirements and assess UX strategies

Analyze complex problems and develop practical solutions

Mentor junior team members and review their work for quality

Build and maintain durable client relationships

Develop a deeper understanding of the business context

Navigate complex situations to deliver top-tier work

What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree

2 years of experience in data engineering or software engineering

Possess experience in UX design

What Sets You Apart

Master's Degree preferred

Conducting user research activities

Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups

Designing and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or Figma

Documenting design decisions and guidelines

UI development skills/experience (e.g., Power Apps, Streamlit)

Familiarity with consuming APIs and integrating dynamic content into UIs

Developing information architecture and user flows

Planning and conducting usability testing sessions

Providing regular updates to the Product Manager

Possessing a background in risk management, SOX compliance, or internal controls

Having familiarity with enterprise data models, audit workflows, or finance & accounting systems

Experience supporting or working with audit, risk, or compliance functions

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
