As part of the Rx Claim Adjudication team, you will be expected to be proficient in all critical functions of the application development and will champion SDLC methodologies with a deep understanding of best practices to ensure that quality standards are met. This team directly impacts the lives of our pharmacy customers by creating systems that process prescriptions. The systems we work with process over 10 million scripts a day and is business critical. You can work knowing you are helping many people each day. Hubs: Richardson, Scottsdale, or Buffalo Grove, may consider remote for right person Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Leading the design and development of solutions to multiple complex technical projects/initiatives Acting as a subject matter expert and providing technical advisement in areas of expertise Collaborating with Project Managers, Application Architects, Business Analysts, Development Teams and Infrastructure to solve technical and complex problems and determine best technical solutions as Project Owner. Communicating in multiple formats (e.g. verbally, formal presentations, project team meetings) to a variety of stakeholders (e.g. Business Partners, Technical Management, Developers, Senior Leadership) in clear and compelling terms. Ensuring timely progress of system design and development tasks in accordance with agreed upon project schedules Understanding as Project Owner all project technical requirements and their impacts to application areas through working with project Technical Leads, Application Architects, and Infrastructure resources Reviewing requirements, design, development and testing documentation Updating management with progress or any potential roadblocks Required Qualifications
5+ years' experience and a deep understanding of AS/400 application development 3+ years of application development experience in RPG, RPGLE and CL or a combination with modern back end software engineering in a cloud native environment 3+ years of IBMi SQL experience 1+ years of recent experience leading projects 2+ years of experience in Scrum/Agile development methodologies Preferred Qualifications
2+ Building, testing, and deploying code to run on cloud infrastructure 3+ years enterprise / web / cloud applications software development experience 3+ years of experience in Developing Java applications in Spring boot, Spring MVC Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills Exposure to product/services development and public cloud environment like AWS/GCP/Azure Experience in automation, DevOps, and associated build /deployment CI/CD pipelines Effective communication skills. Experience with RxClaim or other PBM Adjudication system is preferred Experience on Automation using AI/ML will be preferred Education
