Inventory Coordinator
and play a key role in managing inventory across multiple warehouses. Youll work independently, communicate cross-functionally, and ensure our products meet the highest standards from receipt to shipment. Duties: Receive and verify all inbound products Maintain 99% inventory accuracy, including lot numbers and shelf life Reserve product in real-time to ensure timely customer shipments Coordinate with Account Management and Logistics to resolve issues Manage transfer orders, USDA/USDC inspections, and QA testing Reconcile inventory reports and resolve discrepancies Process claims and returns within 2448 hours Support domestic logistics and cross-train with other teams Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills Ability to solve problems independently and under pressure Basic math and percentage calculation skills Why Join Us: Youll be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team that values precision, accountability, and continuous improvement.
