Position Overview: The Mike Morse Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Plaintiff Attorney with 5–10 years of experience in PIP litigation to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in representing plaintiffs in personal injury protection claims, with a proven track record of managing a high-volume caseload, negotiating settlements, and litigating cases through trial when necessary.

Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in PIP-related litigation, from case inception through resolution. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents. Attend and conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials. Evaluate case value and develop litigation strategies tailored to each client’s needs. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, medical providers, and insurance companies. Maintain accurate case files and documentation in compliance with firm standards. Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management.

Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in the State of Michigan, in good standing. 5–10 years of experience handling PIP plaintiff cases. Strong knowledge of state-specific PIP laws and procedures. Excellent litigation, negotiation, and trial skills. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Commitment to client advocacy and achieving favorable outcomes.

Preferred Skills: Experience with legal case management software. 2 + years of experience in auto law preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology and billing practices.
