Overview We are seeking an experienced

Commercial Property Manager

to oversee the operations, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial performance of assigned commercial properties. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional tenant experience while ensuring properties are profitable and compliant.

Key Responsibilities Oversee

day-to-day property operations , including maintenance, safety, and security. Serve as the

primary contact for tenants , addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Develop and manage

property budgets , monitor expenses, and prepare financial reports. Coordinate vendor services,

negotiate contracts , and ensure quality standards are met. Conduct regular

property inspections

to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with leases, codes, and safety regulations. Manage

lease administration , including renewals, rent collection, and enforcement. Support

tenant retention

efforts and maintain high occupancy rates. Assist with

property improvements, renovations, and capital projects . Ensure compliance with

company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements . Collaborate with ownership, accounting, and leadership teams on property performance.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in

Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management , or related field preferred. 3+ years

of experience in commercial property management or related field. Strong knowledge of

lease administration, property law, and commercial real estate practices . Proven

financial and budgeting skills . Excellent

communication, negotiation, and organizational skills . Proficiency in

property management software

and Microsoft Office Suite. CPM (Certified Property Manager) or RPA (Real Property Administrator) designation preferred but not required.

Work Environment This role involves a mix of

office and on-site work , with frequent interaction with tenants, vendors, and contractors.
