A leading Atlanta-based law firm is seeking an experienced
Transactional Commercial Real Estate Attorney
to join its team. The ideal candidate will have at least
6+ years of experience
handling a broad range of commercial real estate matters, with a strong background in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development.
Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing documents, and development agreements. Manage and facilitate
commercial real estate closings , including coordination with lenders, title companies, and other parties. Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review, and provide strategic legal guidance on risk management. Advise clients on all aspects of real estate transactions, from initial structuring through closing. Support clients with title underwriting issues and resolve complex title matters (preferred).
Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active Georgia Bar license in good standing. 6+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience. Strong drafting and negotiation skills. Experience with
title underwriting
and
commercial closings
strongly preferred.
Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between
[$150,000 – $250,000].
Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
