What You’ll Do Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, including renewals, marketing, and policy administration. Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and recommending tailored coverage solutions. Build and maintain strong partnerships with insurance carriers. Collaborate with producers and account executives to identify growth opportunities. Deliver responsive and proactive customer service at every stage of the client relationship. Maintain accurate documentation in the agency management system.

What We’re Looking For 5+ years of commercial property/casualty insurance experience preferred. Strong knowledge of policy coverages, rating, and account servicing (proposals, billing, endorsements, certificates, etc.). Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Adaptable, team-oriented, and capable of working independently. Active Property & Casualty license required. Experience with agency management systems (AMS360 preferred).
