Engineer I
to contribute to the design, development, and improvement of both new and existing hydraulic products.

What You’ll Do Under the direction of the Director of Engineering, you will play a key role in the full product lifecycle—from concept and prototyping to validation, support, and continuous improvement. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and manufacturing to deliver high-quality hydraulic solutions.
Key Responsibilities Design and update hydraulic cylinders and related components using SolidWorks 3D CAD. Develop and test working prototypes for customer validation and beta programs. Conduct engineering calculations including stress and strain analysis. Provide technical support to Sales Managers in customer-facing situations. Collaborate with operations to process Engineering Change Requests efficiently. Ensure new and existing products meet customer specifications and safety standards. Work closely with Designers to ensure manufacturability and design integrity. Participate in lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects. Maintain engineering specifications, documentation, and standards.

What You Bring Bachelor’s degree
in Mechanical Engineering (required). 0–7 years
of relevant experience in mechanical or hydraulic engineering. Strong knowledge of
hydraulic systems ,
metal fabrication , and
machining processes . Proficiency in
SolidWorks
and engineering analysis methods. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.

Certifications Must obtain
Certified Fluid Power Hydraulic Specialist
certification within one year of employment.
? Preferred Skills Experience in lean manufacturing environments. Hands-on experience in prototype development and testing. Familiarity with current cutting tool technologies and stress analysis.

Physical & Work Environment Occasional travel may be required for customer visits or field support. Ability to work in office, laboratory, and production floor environments.
