Robert Half is seeking a dedicated and motivated attorney with 1–5 years of litigation experience who is eager to take on responsibility in all stages of the litigation process. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about representing clients effectively inside and outside of the courtroom.
Key Responsibilities Handle all aspects of litigation, including legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation. Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances. Work directly with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and client communications. Manage caseload with increasing independence, while maintaining high-quality work product. Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the California State Bar. 1–5 years of civil litigation experience. Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and advocacy abilities. Demonstrated initiative, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Desire to grow professionally and build long-term relationships with clients and colleagues.
