What You’ll Do: Lead custom formulation and new product development projects involving complex modifications. Collaborate with internal and external teams to translate customer requirements into actionable, testable specifications. Design and execute testing protocols, validate raw materials, and troubleshoot advanced technical issues. Support manufacturing, quality, and sales teams with technical insights and recommendations. Coach and mentor team members, promoting accuracy, problem-solving, and critical thinking. Drive continuous improvement efforts within the R&D function.

What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field required; Master’s degree preferred. 5+ years of relevant experience in formulation chemistry or product development. Strong customer service and communication skills—able to effectively engage both clients and internal stakeholders. Proven ability to independently manage complex projects from concept to execution. Commitment to safety, accuracy, and continuous learning.
