About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy

Entry-Level Procurement Specialist

to join our team on a short-term contract basis. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in procurement operations, vendor coordination, and purchasing systems. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to support procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Key Responsibilities: Assist with purchase order creation, tracking, and processing. Communicate with vendors to confirm order details, delivery timelines, and resolve issues. Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and supplier information. Support invoice reconciliation and ensure alignment with purchase orders. Help identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet procurement needs. Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable working with procurement software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Previous internship or experience in procurement or supply chain is a plus. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is beneficial. Contract Details: Duration: 4 to 6 months Location: On-site in Newport Beach, CA Pay Rate: $25 to $27
