Intellectual Property Transactions Associate (Class of 2020–2024)
to join their market-leading team in
Silicon Valley .
This prestigious group advises multinational corporates, leading technology companies, financial sponsors, and life sciences innovators on a wide range of complex IP and technology-driven matters. The practice regularly supports cross-border M&A, private equity transactions, capital markets offerings, joint ventures, licensing arrangements, and strategic commercial contracts — often at the center of the most high-profile deals in the Bay Area and beyond.
You will work closely with highly regarded partners and specialists across corporate, regulatory, and litigation teams, tackling cutting-edge issues in technology and life sciences in a fast-paced, international environment. The firm offers

Key Requirements Admitted to practice in California Class of 2020–2024 (2–5 years’ post-qualification experience) Solid experience in intellectual property transactions and technology-related corporate matters Prior industry experience in life sciences, technology, or engineering (either previous to legal practice or via secondment) Current or prior experience at a leading US or international law firm
