Shift available: 1st shift: Monday - Friday from 6:00am - 2:30pm
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Support production and engineering teams in resolving quality issues Monitor product and process quality to ensure compliance with standards Lead or assist in root cause investigations and corrective actions Maintain quality documentation, reports, and records Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams on nonconforming parts Assist with audits and compliance to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards Support continuous improvement initiatives and employee training on quality processes
The ideal candidate should possess the following: High school diploma required; technical degree preferred 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment 2+ years of experience in quality assurance Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
