Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated
Civil Litigation Attorney
to join our litigation team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a wide array of real estate disputes and civil litigation matters, including boundary disputes, business litigation, real estate issues, easements, land use, construction claims, and breach of contract cases.
Key Responsibilities: Handle all aspects of real estate litigation, including property disputes, title issues, lease enforcement, and zoning matters. Manage civil litigation cases, including contract disputes, business torts, and general commercial litigation. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda. Conduct and defend depositions, attend hearings, mediations, and trials.
Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school and an active member of the California State Bar. 2+ years of relevant litigation experience.
Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between
$170,000 – $250,000 annually . Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
