Counter Sales / Customer Service / Inside Sales - HVAC Parts

HVACR wholesale distributor is looking for a full-time counter sales position to support our growth and expansion. Candidates with multi-year sales experience in HVAC/R or other industries are welcome, but not necessary. A genuine enthusiasm for sales and customer interaction is essential. Salary is based on experience. We offer full benefits and 401K. Essential Job Functions Basic knowledge of heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration (training provided) Greet customers and answer phones promptly and courteously (customers are contractors, not the general public) Provide professional assistance to customers by identifying and fulfilling product requests and answering technical questions (training provided) Accurately process customer orders, requests, and other services Use a computer system for product research, invoicing, credits, returns, and procurement/replenishment Break down and organize stock Maintain regular and punctual attendance Help keep the environment inside and outside clean and safe Be willing to work, learn, and enjoy the job Qualifications: Ability to move, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds Prolonged standing, bending, stooping, stretching, and ladder climbing ability Manual dexterity and good eye-hand coordination for data input Company Description United Refrigeration Inc. has built a reputation for providing prompt, comprehensive service tailored to the needs of mechanical contractors, supermarkets, entrepreneurs, service mechanics, and large industrial clients.
