Job Description Description: The Warehouse Associate, based in our Ontario, CA location, will support daily warehouse activities including operations, facility maintenance, and general assistance. This role is non-exempt and is integral to ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse performance by contributing to logistics, inventory management, and overall facility operations.
Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound shipments from warehouse to project sites. Maintain accurate inventory records and packing lists upon receiving or delivery of material. Organize and label stock efficiently on warehouse materials. Assist with receiving and loading/unloading materials. Problem-solving for inventory discrepancies or order issues Attention to detail and accuracy. Cutting material (conduit, pipe, and wood) for project site preparation Operate forklifts (must be certified) Heavy equipment operation is a plus Keep warehouse clean, safe, and organized Report hazards and maintenance issues promptly Provide proper maintenance and upkeep for power tools (table saw and drills) Assist with
construction/electrical
tasks as needed Collaborate with team members and supervisors for organizing warehouse floor, stocking and pulling materials Lift and move heavy items safely and efficiently
Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution center experience Forklift Certification (required) Valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record Experience with power tools, construction, or electrical work (preferred) Basic computer skills (Excel, SharePoint, email, etc.) Strong understanding of warehouse processes Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting to 50lbs
