Soliant is seeking a
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
for a
Full-Time
position in
Richmond, CA
for the
2025-2026 school year . This role offers the opportunity to provide vital support services to
K-12th grade students
in a collaborative educational environment. Key Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect occupational therapy support under the supervision of a licensed OT
Assist with student evaluations, implement treatment plans, and monitor progress
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to ensure student success
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all applicable regulations
Travel between assigned school sites as needed
Qualifications
Active
California COTA license
required
Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
Compensation
Compensation for this position ranges from
