Sodexo is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Services Manager 1 to manage the patient dining program prioritizing patient satisfaction at UPH Allen Hospital located in Waterloo, IA. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring meal tray accuracy and timely delivery while strictly following clinical nutrition guidelines. You will also promote a culture of hospitality and exceptional service. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership abilities, a passion for enhancing patient satisfaction, and proven experience managing food service operations within a healthcare environment.
