We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst with expertise in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 (Release 23), Cleo EDI, and MercuryGate Transportation Management System (TMS). This role focuses on optimizing the Order to Cash (O2C) process, enhancing supply chain and logistics functions, and managing EDI transactions. Collaboration with IT and business units is essential to drive efficiency and streamline operations.
Process Improvement: Analyze and enhance O2C processes, particularly in Cleo EDI and MercuryGate TMS
System Configuration: Configure JD Edwards modules (Sales, Billing, AR, Inventory) for seamless integration with EDI and logistics
EDI Management: Oversee EDI transactions (850, 855, 856, 810) using Cleo integration Cloud
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to document business requirements and translate them into technical specs
Project Management: Lead O2C integration projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
Data Analysis & Reporting: Training & Support: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field
Experience: 5-7 years as a Business Analyst, with 3+ years on JD Edwards v9.Proficient in JD Edwards O2C modules, EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT), and SQL
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to optimize O2C processes and EDI transactions
Project Management: Experience managing cross-functional projects, especially EDI and logistics
Cleo EDI and MercuryGate TMS certifications
PMP or supply chain certifications (APICS CPIM/CSCP)
