Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $155,000.00/yr A global financial services firm is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support their Enterprise Content Management (ECM) team within Shared Business Services. This role offers the chance to influence scalable, strategic solutions that support ongoing modernization and cloud transition efforts across multiple business units. You will work closely with diverse stakeholders and gain exposure to wealth management operations in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Elicit and analyze requirements from business and IT stakeholders, producing clear deliverables such as process flowcharts, UML diagrams, user stories, API and file specifications (CSV, JSON, etc.), and business rules. Manage product backlogs and roadmaps for several commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) and custom integrated applications. Analyze current processes, risks, pain points, and opportunities, recommending technical and process improvements. Lead activities across the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including idea intake, requirements gathering, bug triage, user acceptance testing (UAT), and change management. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (vendors, consultants, service providers) to deliver projects and provide operational and incident support per service agreements. Build strong working relationships with teams across business analysis, process optimization, training, risk management, information security, regulatory compliance, data management, and infrastructure. Develop deep expertise in ECM solutions and their role within the broader technology ecosystem. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or Systems Analyst supporting software development. Experience working with Salesforce software. Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple departments under tight deadlines. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
