Key Responsibilities
Utilize technical tools and accounting principles to aggregate and summarize data effectively.
Perform sensitivity analysis and assess rate versus mix correlations.
Identify key variables, assumptions, and performance metrics systematically.
Conduct weekly and monthly forecasts with precision.
Engage in annual budgeting processes and update long-term plans.
Maintain routine schedules and daily reports to ensure transparency.
Manage journal entries to facilitate a smooth month-end closing process.
Communicate insightful analyses to business partners and prepare relevant presentations.
Enhance value-add reporting for teams and leadership.
Support month-end closing initiatives, including journal entries, reporting, and account reconciliations.
Review contracts to ensure correct accounting treatment.
Oversee capital project creation and forecasting.
Execute daily and monthly bank settlements efficiently.
Prepare SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K) accurately.
Develop quarterly earnings release and conference call materials.
Create financial schedules and analyses for the Board of Directors and relevant committees.
Conduct monthly and quarterly SOX validations to ensure effective controls.
Research technical accounting issues and propose solutions to meet reporting standards.
Drive enhancements and network with other Oracle Cloud customers to implement best practices.
Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications
Required
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial software.
Outstanding skills in accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, time management, and collaboration abilities.
Preferred
Experience in the retail industry.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
