Location: Rogers Plaza – Wyoming, MI (with occasional meetings in Lowell)
Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office

All-Weather Seal of West Michigan is seeking a Call Center Director to oversee our outbound, inbound, rehash, and scheduling operations. This is a high-impact role for an experienced leader who knows how to develop people, manage metrics, and drive efficiency while fostering a positive, accountable culture.

What You’ll Do as Call Center Director:

• Recruit, hire, develop, and lead call center teams across four divisions.
• Manage scheduling and performance metrics to maximize efficiency.
• Provide live coaching and professional development for managers and callers.
• Forecast budgets and maintain cost-per-lead and departmental marketing cost goals.
• Research and implement software to improve call center efficiency.
• Manage B2B partnerships related to call center operations.
• Build and develop 2nd-tier leadership within the call center.
  

What We’re Looking For in a Call Center Director:

• Proven experience managing other leaders and overseeing call center operations.
• Strong background with tools such as:
  • Auto-dialers (Five9)
  • CRM systems (Lead Perfection)
  • Lead qualifier tools (Active Prospect)
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic business decisions.
• Critical thinker with strong leadership, accountability, and motivational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience accepted.
