Responsible for managing IT outsourcing providers to ensure all application run services are executed with quality and operational excellence. This role ensures that the delivery of technology solutions aligns with business needs, provides a positive customer experience, and meets global IT and security requirements.

Essential Job Functions
- Leverage knowledge of technology standards, processes, and best practices to monitor delivery quality and performance of IT services.
- Identify, develop, and promote proactive approaches to prevent service disruptions; act as an escalation point for service delivery issues.
- Manage a control framework to ensure quality assurance and adherence to defined standards, policies, processes, and procedures for IT services, including information security and privacy.
- Provide input into project forecasting and planning activities; support financial forecasting and monthly cost reporting.
- Define, track, and assess IT service KPIs and risks; manage remediation plans and drive continuous improvement of metrics.
- Present high-level trends, metrics, and insights to leadership in a clear and actionable way.
- Communicate effectively with IT and business stakeholders, including senior management; navigate a complex organizational landscape with confidence.
- Influence across multiple organizations to achieve desired outcomes; successfully manage competing priorities in a complex IT operating model.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 7+ years of experience in IT service delivery, IT operations, vendor management, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and IT service management
- Experience managing outsourcing providers and ensuring adherence to SLAs and performance metrics.
- Solid understanding of information security, privacy requirements, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a complex, matrixed organization.

The W2 pay range for this type of role is approximately $55.00 - $65.00 per billable hour. This range is an estimate and not a guarantee of compensation.
