JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active Illinois medical license (CSR required)
• Board: Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• DEA: Active DEA Certification required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in specialty
• Other Qualifications: Must be comfortable in Level 2 OB Unit
