Call Type: Beeper Call Response Time: 30 mins Phone Consults: 0-2 Patient Volume: 15 No. of Procedures: Ave. of 12-14 per day Admission: 0-1 Rounding Included: Yes Support Staff: 1 RN, 1 APP, 2 MAs & 1 Office Staff Required Procedures: - (Colonoscopy & UGI) - Upper GI endoscopy (with biopsy, with foreign body removal, with fulguration of bleeder (cautery vs. laser), With injection of varices) - Small Bowel biopsy, Lower GI endoscopy - Colonoscopy (w/ biopsy & w/ excision of polyp) Beds in the Dept: 5 Trauma Level: III EMR: Epic Temporary Privileges available: Yes Hospital Privileges required: Yes Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered Requirements: WI License or willing to obtain BC/BE BLS Act 10 is acceptable
