Work Dates Needed: As soon as credentialed through Sept 30, 2026 Preferred Schedule: Full time position. 5 days; M-F 8a to 4:30pm or 4 days (10 hours each day). No OT, Weekends, Holidays. Worksite Setting: Outpatient Clinic Scope of Work: Provide routine and preventive care, as well as manage acute and chronic illnesses. Each visit is scheduled for 45 minutes for new patients and 30 minutes for existing patients. Physicians typically see approx. 12 to 16 pts per day. Develop and implement treatment plans based on clinical findings. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices. Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Provider must have a clean record. Any active/unrestricted state medical license works. Board Certified or BE in FM by ABFM. DEA, ACLS, BLS.
