Regional Marketing Lead, West at Carta. The role partners with Sales, BD, Product Marketing, Events, Insights, Policy and Demand Gen to lead geo-specific strategies and campaign planning. You will drive strategy, program management, and performance analysis, creating localized, high-impact experiences that drive engagement, generate leads, accelerate deals, and contribute to revenue. The Team You'll Work With

You’ll join the Demand Generation organization within Carta’s Marketing team. You’ll report to the Director of Demand Generation and partner with Sales, BD, PMM, Events, and Insights teams to deliver regional programs aligned with Carta’s GTM objectives. The Problems You\'ll Solve

You will lead the strategy behind Carta’s regional program efforts, defining channels, target audiences, and how to convert in-person moments into long-term engagement. You’ll serve as a regional field marketer, developing annual and quarterly GTM plans, owning program calendars, collaborating with Sales on account targeting, and analyzing campaign effectiveness. You may lead select smaller activations, ensuring programs align with regional market needs and Carta’s GTM objectives. What You’ll Do

Own the regional marketing strategy for designated U.S. geographies, aligning with sales priorities and business goals. Partner with Sales, BD, and PMM to define target audiences, strategic accounts, and regional messaging. Collaborate with Performance Marketing to execute targeted digital programs to build demand and brand awareness. Work with Policy and Insights to augment thought leadership and data-driven storytelling in priority regions. Project manage regional marketing calendars, coordinating plans with internal teams and flagging execution needs. Develop business cases and briefs for event activations with the Events team. Present post-event findings and recommendations to Sales, Demand Gen, and GTM stakeholders, optimizing future strategy. Propose new program ideas based on data, market insights, and stakeholder feedback to improve pipeline contribution and ROI. Ensure every regional experience reflects Carta’s mission and brand, creating meaningful and targeted touchpoints. About You

5–7 years of experience in regional marketing or ABM in a B2B SaaS or technology company. Strong strategic thinking and project management skills; able to build plans and manage cross-functional input even if not executing the event personally. Proven ability to collaborate with Sales, understand regional priorities, and translate them into actionable marketing plans. Analytical mindset with experience measuring pipeline contribution, event ROI, and customer engagement outcomes. Fluent in Salesforce and proficient in Marketo, Asana, and Looker. Drive, prioritization, and problem-solving skills; clear and concise communication capable of influencing across Marketing, Sales, and executives. Willingness to travel occasionally to major in-market programs or stakeholder meetings (up to ~25%). Experience marketing to venture-backed startups, private equity, or other private market audiences. Nice To Have

Background in field strategy roles with centralized execution. Familiarity with equity, cap table management, or fund administration platforms for private markets. Salary & Benefits

Carta’s compensation package includes a market-competitive salary, equity for all full-time roles, and comprehensive benefits. The minimum cash compensation (salary + commission if applicable) range for this role is: $137,700 - $162,000 in SF $130,000 - $151,900 in SEA Final offers may vary based on geography, candidate experience, and other factors.
