We are seeking a

highly skilled UX Researcher

to join our Foundation Model team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end user research and usability testing, shaping product strategy for cutting-edge scientific workflows and agentic frameworks. Your insights will directly influence how AI/ML engineers and scientists design tools for our internal Drug Discovery teams. Key Responsibilities

Define Product Strategy Through UX Research: Lead research to identify pain points and uncover new opportunities for agents and frameworks. Design & Execute Usability Studies: Conduct contextual inquiries, heuristic evaluations, and other user testing methodologies. Operationalize User Feedback: Build systematic processes to collect, analyze, and track qualitative feedback over time. Uncover Actionable Insights: Analyze qualitative/quantitative data to understand user behavior, motivation, and obstacles. Build User-Testing Infrastructure: Establish reusable protocols, participant recruitment pipelines, and insight repositories. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with AI/ML engineers and scientists to translate findings into clear product direction. Communicate Findings: Deliver clear, compelling insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Skills

Experience in UX research and usability testing (preferably for complex, expert-facing systems). Experience in qualitative & quantitative research, A/B testing, longitudinal studies, and experience benchmarking. Familiarity with tools like UserTesting, Contentsquare, or similar platforms. Proven ability to build and scale user research practices (recruitment, testing, knowledge management). Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize ambiguous data into clear, actionable insights. Excellent communication skills and the ability to advocate for users while considering business and technical constraints. A genuine curiosity about the drug discovery process. Highly Preferred

Experience with LLM-based applications and standardized protocols like Model Context Protocol (MCP). Experience working on internal tools with subject matter experts and stakeholders. #uxresearcher #UserTesting #Contentsquare #quantitativeresearch #qualitativeresearch
