Position Summary This role brings Empower's culture to life by designing and coordinating experiences that connect, uplift, and engage employees across the entire employee lifecycle. As a champion of belonging, recognition, and well-being, the Employee Experience Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring every team member feels valued and supported in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. Through thoughtful programming and meaningful moments, this role helps shape an inclusive culture that drives retention, engagement, and our mission to make affordable, innovative medications accessible to 300 million people. Duties and Responsibilities
Supports the execution of employee experience initiatives that enhance engagement and foster a positive workplace culture across all Empower locations. Coordinates and facilitates logistics for employee engagement programs, recognition activities, and well-being initiatives that align with company values and drive connection and retention. Gathers and analyzes feedback from surveys and focus groups to help identify opportunities for improvement and support data-driven enhancements to the employee experience. Collaborates with internal stakeholders across departments to help define and support remote work, communication, and employee connection strategies. Manages calendars, communication plans, and event logistics to ensure seamless execution of high-impact programs that support employee well-being, inclusion, and satisfaction. While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the workday and frequently use their hands and fingers to handle or feel in order to access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The employee is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Knowledge and Skills
Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to build trusted relationships, maintain confidentiality, and support a culture of inclusion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with HR platforms, survey tools, and employee engagement software.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in employee engagement, learning and development, human resources (HR), or related people programs, with exposure to program coordination or support roles. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, psychology, communications, or a related field. Professional in HR (PHR); Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP); Event Planning Certificate preferred.
