Job Title
You would be responsible to provide essential front office support in a busy MS Center, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for every patient. Manages appointment scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, insurance verification, copay collection, and referral coordination. Supports the clinical team with chart preparation and handles incoming calls and documentation. Ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, team-based environment with a strong focus on customer service and efficiency. What you will do: Be comfortable with learning new software and ensuring data entry into physician billing software. Provides positive patient experience from screening incoming patient calls to end of visit. Maintain schedules and appointments for physicians. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Experience within a medical office or billing department preferred. Knowledge of patient billing and medical terminology preferred.
