$15.50 - 17.50/hour DOE Schedule:

Part-time, 20 hours per week (evenings & weekends required)

Front Desk Receptionist

to be the welcoming face of our community.

Why You'll Love This Role:

Be the first point of contact for residents, families, guests, and team members. Create extraordinary first impressions by ensuring every visitor feels valued and welcomed. Play a vital role in keeping our community safe, organized, and running smoothly. What You'll Do:

Greet and direct all visitors and callers with professionalism and warmth. Answer phones promptly and assist residents, families, and staff with questions or needs. Monitor emergency pendants and pull cords, ensuring quick responses when needed. Perform security-related tasks such as perimeter door checks. Support residents with newspaper deliveries and provide light assistance at the desk. Keep the front desk and surrounding common areas clean and inviting. Exhibit high level of competency regarding Disaster Manual, including emergency systems, nurse calls, alarms and detection, sprinklers, water/gas main locations, trouble alarms, etc.; Escort emergency services personnel to location of emergency What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent . At least one year of receptionist/concierge or service-oriented experience

(hospitality or senior living preferred). Excellent multitasking and organizational skills. A calm, patient, and tactful demeanor when working with residents, families, and team members. Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Teams, Word, Excel and ability to use basic office equipment.
