Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide cross-functional assistance to our HR, IT, and Business Development teams. This role will manage administrative tasks, coordinate schedules and events, and ensure smooth communication across the organization. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Additional tasks: Manage office operations including supplies, invoices, equipment, and vendor coordination. Provide administrative and reception support, ensuring professional communication with staff and visitors. Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, and staff appointments. Assist with HR and IT activities, including onboarding new hires and system access setup. Support company events, business development activities, and other special projects as needed. What We're Looking For:
4+ years of administrative support, HR, or related experience (preferred). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Mandarin/English bilingual preferred). Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively.
