Office Manager
with
experience in the construction or a related industry
to help keep their operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable managing a wide range of administrative and operational tasks in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities: Draft contracts, job agreements, and related documents Assist with payroll processing and progress billing Manage scheduling and maintain calendar updates Answer and direct phone calls professionally Handle collections, accounts receivable, and accounts payable Prepare and send invoices Track work tickets and monitor job progress Generate internal reports as needed Provide general office support and follow-up on outstanding tasks Qualifications:
Experience in construction or a related industry is required Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills Proficiency with basic accounting and office software Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in office management or administrative roles preferred
