LHH is looking for an Executive Assistant for one of our clients, a financial services firm that has beautiful offices in Midtown Manhattan. In this job you will be supporting two Executives that travel internationally very frequently. This person may also be assisting with various projects that arise within the office as well. This position will compensate between $40-50/hr, contingent on experience. Responsibilities: Researching and booking multi-destination, international travel arrangements Collecting, organizing and processing expenses Managing consistently change Executive calendars Ad-hoc projects: reporting, presentations, correspondence, etc. Requirements: Previous Executive support experience A high proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint Superb written and oral communication skills Ability to work overtime and travel when requested Pay Details: $40.00 to $50.00 per hour Search managed by: Matthew Doman Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
