3 Family Medicine physicians with Surgical Obstetrics Annual delivery volume of approximately

350–375 births Surgical cases and deliveries are performed at

Fairview Northland Medical Center Admitting hospital:

Fairview Northland Medical Center Clinic volume:

20–24 patients per day FTE: 75–1.0 FTE (with expectation to participate fully in call regardless of FTE status) Schedule:

4-day clinical work week, including clinic, surgery, and on-call responsibilities Call frequency:

4–5 days per month (GYN call coverage only required when covering C-Section call) Robust specialty support

on-site, including

general surgery, urology, orthopedics, ENT, podiatry,

and

behavioral health Robotic surgery
