Fast-growing robotics startup is looking for an Executive Assistant to support one of their Operations Leaders and an Engineering Leader. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, high-impact team and help drive success across two key organizations! In this role, you'll manage complex calendars with a strategic understanding of priorities, organize team meetings, arrange travel, triage communications, and hold leadership team members accountable to deadlines and commitments. You'll also maintain a pulse on both leaders' teams to provide support beyond traditional EA functions. Someone with exceptional communication skills, high energy, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Previous experience supporting technical leaders is highly preferred. This is an in-office role based in South San Francisco. 150-170K DOE + equity, competitive benefits, 401k, flexible PTO, catered lunches, and parking provided.

Responsibilities: Manage complex calendars for the Head of Operations and Head of Autonomy, ensuring priorities are met and time is used effectively. Partner closely with designated executive team members to set them up for success by enabling them to focus on priorities and execute their work more effectively. Anticipate scheduling conflicts, prioritize competing needs, and exercise judgment to manage executive time. Organize and facilitate large team meetings, providing briefings and pulling information as needed. Arrange domestic and international travel, developing itineraries and agendas, including priority meetings with key stakeholders. Manage inboxes by triaging messages, flagging priorities, and staying ahead of communications. Ensure leadership team members stay aligned with deadlines, commitments, and responsibilities through proactive and consistent follow-ups. Maintain a strong pulse on executive teams and their organizations to provide better support. Drive projects forward to successful completion under tight deadlines with professionalism and discretion. Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives; bachelor's degree preferred. Background in tech with exposure to engineering teams and an ability to understand high-level technical concepts is strongly preferred. Strong problem-solving skills with a positive, can-do mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and strategically. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and work cross-functionally. Experience building frameworks for effective executive support, especially in a first-EA role. High energy, proactive attitude, and the ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments. Executive presence with strong ability to read the room and adjust communication style accordingly. Strong emotional intelligence, capable of anticipating needs, exercising sound judgment, and offering proactive solutions.
