Shipping and Receiving Specialist
Perform all tasks related to receiving in-coming and out-bound shipments of inventory for the warehouse location. Investigate and report any discrepancies to the appropriate leader, vendor, or customer. Follow organizational policies, procedures, and practices for inventory receiving, storage, and shipping. Provide back-up and support for the service center supervisor in location operation and customer needs. Manage receiving and shipping of inventory for the warehouse location. Investigate and report discrepancies to appropriate personnel. Adhere to policies and procedures for inventory receiving, storage, and shipping. Support the service center supervisor with location operations and customer inquiries. Forklift operation and license, or ability to acquire and maintain one. One year of warehouse experience. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft applications. Experience with ERP systems preferred. Two years of customer service experience preferred.
