Shipping Clerk
Shipping Clerk is responsible for performing tasks involved in the shipment and receiving of material, supplies, and equipment in a manufacturing environment. Prepares goods for shipment and records of goods shipped and bills of lading. Compares identifying information on outgoing shipments against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records. Posts weight and shipping charges and maintains shipping record files on documents as required. May operate warehouse equipment ranging from pallet jacks to forklifts. Primary Duties: Shipping and Final Assembly Secondary Duty: Receiving Parts & Service Units & Backup to Finals Duties: (Shipper) Verifies shipments for accuracy. Prepares domestic and international shipping documents. Schedules pick-ups with freight companies. Packages all shipments. Other duties as assigned Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
