POSITION: In a commercial/retail properties company; administrative responsibilities for office; this is not an entry level position
STATUS: Full Time/Salaried/Exempt
LOCATION: Spokane Valley, Washington state; this is not a remote position
REPORTS: directly to Owners (2) & President
We are a 70 year-old private, family owned company with a commercial real estate portfolio located in Washington, Idaho and
Montana. Our tenants include national brands (Best Buy, etc.), regional brands (Total Wine, etc.) and local brands (Homestead Birkenstock, etc.). There are no residential/multi-family assets.
This position will not have any in-house direct reports. This position will work in a modern office setting with the Owners, President and occasional outside personnel.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Receptionist: Monday Friday, 8am-Noon; 1pm-5pm
Accounting assistance: data entry for receivables/payables; bank deposits; prepare checks; coordinate with outside CPA firm
Manage all incoming/outgoing emails, etc.
Manage office: supplies, deliveries, kitchen
Create/Maintain/ update reports re: tenants
Some interaction with tenants for keys, scheduling maintenance, other
Assist as needed with general administrative matters
SSENTIAL SKILLS
Organized; self- starter
Reliable
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Quick Books
Notary Public: current or can become
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school/GED is required
2 years of active involvement within a real estate related business such as a management company (including military), brokerage, construction, law, accounting
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Starting salary range of $60,000 - $62,500/Yr.

90 Day Probationary Period for benefits
