What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Proactively identify trends and patterns in data to inform strategic decision-making
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support various departments, including marketing and product development
- Develop and maintain advanced SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases
- Utilize Python to analyze large datasets and develop data-driven insights
- Design and implement data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor\'s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics
- 5+ years of experience working as a data analyst, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment
- Strong proficiency in SQL with the ability to write complex queries
- Proficiency in Python/R for data analysis, including libraries such as Pandas and NumPy
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights

- Knowledge of machine learning techniques, forecasting, and algorithms
