Base pay

$125,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

Job details

We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager OR Construction Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of all construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. You will manage project teams, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and ensure high quality standards across all projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and supervise all construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Coordinate and oversee the work of project teams, including contractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure they are met.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and work plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues affecting project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture within the project team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management, with a track record of managing diverse projects.
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred, not required).
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills; ability to motivate and lead teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills; ability to think strategically and make decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project or Primavera).
• Professional PM certification (PMP or Prince2) desirable but not mandatory.
