The role supports The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) under the United States Army Counterintelligence Command (USACIC) Analytical Support Contract. Primary place of performance: Fort Meade, MD. Deliver products (by uploading documents to USG servers) developed under this PWS and assist in ensuring they are available to the greater US IC. Conduct data analytics, data engineering, data mining, exploratory analysis, predictive analysis, and statistical analysis; use techniques to correlate data into graphical, written, visual and verbal narrative products to support analytic decisions. Retrieve information from various sources, analyze data, and build AI tools that automate certain processes. Develop ML-based tools or processes, such as recommendation engines or automated lead scoring systems. Perform statistical analysis, apply data mining techniques, and build high-quality prediction systems. Skilled in data visualization and graphical applications, including Microsoft Office (Power BI) and Tableau; data science languages such as R and Python; manage/merge disparate data sources (preferably with R, Python, or SQL); statistical analysis; and data mining algorithms. Experience with large data Multi-INT analytics, ML, and automated predictive analytics. Lead migration from traditional servers to AWS; design and implement secure, scalable cloud architectures using AWS services (IAM, EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, VPC, RDS, CloudFormation, etc.). Use IAM to create users, roles, and groups with least privilege. Configure compute resources, ELB, Auto-Scaling, VPCs, subnets, NACLs, Security Groups, and firewalls. Develop automation scripts using Python and boto3; implement monitoring/remediation using EventBridge, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Lambda, Trusted Advisor, Config, and Security Hub. Hold a minimum AWS certification: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate. Assist in developing and maintaining a website accessible by all IC members and Army branches. Perform web-based database design, implementation, and maintenance for the CI COP and intelligence web pages. Create and develop software configuration documentation, user manuals, and provide one-on-one consultation to branch chiefs and senior analysts per CDRL A051. Update and maintain classified intelligence websites and related systems; post data and respond to RFIs, RFAs, and RFPs daily. Qualifications

Minimum education and years of experience: High School Diploma: 20 years of relevant experience (including recent experience). Associates Degree: 16 years of relevant experience (including recent experience). Bachelors Degree: 14 years of relevant experience (including recent experience). Masters Degree or higher: 12 years of relevant experience (including recent experience). At least two years of experience in website coding, basic graphics techniques, SQL, HTML, XML, Java, Java Applets, and JavaScript. Must be Security+ certified, and Must be qualified at Information Assurance Technical Workforce Requirement Level II. Equal Opportunity
