Dubuque, IA | Part-Time | 20-30 Hours/Week | Includes 1-2 Saturdays/Month

What We're Looking For • Positive, energetic attitude and customer-first mindset • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills • Strong organization and time management abilities • Reliable and self-motivated with a proactive approach • Previous receptionist or customer service experience a plus • Team player eager to support where needed
What You'll Do Greet every customer with a warm, professional welcome Direct guests to the right department or team member Answer and route incoming calls on a multi-line phone system Assist with filing, light admin tasks, and other duties as needed
Schedule & Availability 20-30 hours per week 1-2 Saturdays per month One evening per week until 8 PM
