We are seeking a

Customer Service Specialist

to join our dynamic team. This role is essential to maintaining positive relationships with clients and ensuring all customer inquiries and concerns are resolved promptly and professionally. You will be the first point of contact for clients and a key player in maintaining our reputation for exceptional service.

Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from clients and tenants. Provide accurate information regarding property services, leasing terms, and maintenance procedures. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with internal departments (maintenance, leasing, accounting) to address and resolve client concerns. Maintain records of customer interactions and update client databases with relevant details. Assist in the coordination of property appointments, service requests, and documentation. Identify areas for service improvement and communicate client feedback to management. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions. Qualifications

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus. 2+ years of experience in customer service or client support, preferably in real estate, property management, or a similar industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with CRM systems or property management software is a plus. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle a variety of customer personalities. Additional Information
