Customer Service Representative

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide support for clients by addressing their questions and concerns effectively. Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accurate records. Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers and gather feedback on services. Assist with data entry tasks to ensure customer information is up-to-date in the system. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance client satisfaction. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers. Skills
Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable. Strong customer service experience with a focus on client satisfaction. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills for data entry tasks. Previous call center experience is an advantage, along with outbound calling capabilities. Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Experience in cash handling is beneficial but not mandatory. Ability to type efficiently while engaging in conversations with customers.
