Oracle EPM Architect

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Solution Architect specializing in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions, including EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service), FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service), Data Management (DM), and their integration with SAP ERP systems. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-wide Oracle EPM solutions to support critical business processes such as financial planning, consolidation, reporting, and data integration. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking problem solver with a deep understanding of Oracle EPM tools, SAP integration, and a passion for delivering scalable and efficient solutions that drive organizational success. How Youll Make An Impact
Solution Architecture Design: Develop and design end-to-end Oracle EPM solutions (EPB, FCC, DM) that align with organizational financial and planning needs, ensuring robust and scalable integrations with SAP ERP systems. Implementation Leadership: Oversee the implementation and configuration of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, ensuring optimal performance, accuracy, and seamless user experiences across financial and operational workflows. Integration with SAP ERP: Architect and execute data integration strategies between Oracle EPM solutions and SAP systems using tools, APIs and other relevant frameworks to ensure real-time and efficient data exchange. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, IT, and Business teams to understand their requirements, design technical solutions, and create workflows that support financial planning, consolidation, reporting, and budgeting. Support and Optimization: Maintain and troubleshoot Oracle EPM solutions post-implementation, identifying opportunities for system enhancements, resolving technical issues, and training key stakeholders to ensure productivity and performance. What You Bring
Education: Bachelors Degree in Finance or Engineering. Work Experience: Oracle EPM & SAP Expertise: Deep experience with EPBCS/EPB, FCCS/FCC, DM, and SAP integration tools; proven record of handling implementations. Expertise in configuring Smart View. Experience and Certifications: 10+ years in Oracle EPM solution configuration, solution management and SAP integration. Technical Design Skills: Ability to craft scalable, efficient Oracle EPM architectures and manage data flows securely. Ability to configure and manage business rules within EPB/FCC. Financial Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial close cycles; experience in how to use EPBCS/EPB to support those processes. The estimated annual salary for this position is $122,200 to $210,600 at the time of posting. The range is inclusive of all geographic locations within the United States. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of an offer and is based on factors including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job-permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus based on individual objectives and company performance. Who We Are:
