Responsibilities: Youll Achieve Success By: Manage front desk operations, including patient check-in/out, appointment scheduling, and referral coordination, while delivering exceptional customer service Verify insurance, process authorizations, and collect payments to ensure smooth billing and patient access to care Maintain accurate patient records by registering new patients, updating information in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, and preparing necessary documents Answer phone calls, assist patients, and uphold HIPAA compliance, ensuring a welcoming and professional healthcare experience
Qualifications: Requirements: High School Diploma/GED required Basic office and customer service skills Previous experience in a similar role desired but not required
