Packaging Operator
Responsibilities:
- Lift and carry bundles of corrugated bulk containers filled with plastic bottles, assemble them into box groups, and wrap them with twine.
- Inspect plastic bottles for defects such as holes, lines, or water spots. Pack defect-free bottles into boxes.
- Monitor automated machines to prevent jams.
- Inform supervisors of any defective bottles or machine malfunctions.
- Keep conveyor belts clear of bottles.
- Notify appropriate personnel when additional raw materials are needed.
- Properly mark boxes or bags with the date and shift, using different colored markers for each shift.
- Assist in department inventory and perform basic record-keeping duties.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
