Find us online at www.GMCCx.com JOB QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of related MEP construction and commissioning experience required Strong knowledge of the design, construction, and commissioning processes Understanding of state and local energy codes and LEED Cx requirements Field experience strongly preferred Ability to read construction drawings Client management skills Experience navigation various Building Automation Systems (BAS) DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Design reviews including OPR, BOD, Plans and Specifications Review of submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings Developing Commissioning Plans Developing project specific test scripts including Pre-Functional Checklists (PFC), Functional Performance Tests (FPT), and Integrated Systems Tests (IST). Onsite execution/witness of test protocols Running commissioning meetings, capturing and delivering meeting minutes to the project team. Documenting Commissioning Issues and managing their resolution. Developing commissioning reports Developing systems manuals and operational & maintenance (O&M) manuals. Technical knowledge of system design, installation, operation and maintenance in the following areas: Mechanical Systems (HVAC) Electrical Systems Plumbing System Process Systems Controls and Automation Building Automation Systems (BAS, BMS, Etc.) Building Envelope Retro-Commissioning (RCx) and Energy Auditing Experience Navigation of various Building Automation Systems (BAS) Full-time work Constant communication Local travel and some long-distance travel to jobsites. Vehicle, driver’s license, and insurance required.
