Supply Chain Leadership Supply Chain Program Managers Subcontracts Material Management Inventory & Asset Management As a Supply Chain partner at L3Harris, you’ll have the opportunity to: Develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with and propel the company's business goals and objectives forward. Engage as an integral member of a cross-functional team dedicated to enhancing supply chain performance, focusing on driving predictable execution. Cultivate and maintain robust supplier relationships, negotiate contracts that support our customer’s missions. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Master's degree preferred for those seeking senior-level positions. Relevant supply chain management experience within the aerospace and defense industry. Strong leadership capabilities and team management experience. Demonstrated history of successful program management. Possess comprehensive knowledge of subcontract management and familiarity with applicable regulations.
